Dear Friends,
There is a group around the world that has been working for a more peaceful and loving world for all of us, holding meditations every day. I am honoured to be part of this group.
For the May Spirit Circle, I brought a meditation from this group. The meditation was a prayer to Archangel Michael.
Archangel Michael is the Archangel of protection, and is often depicted with a sword of light.
He is described as the leader of the angels who fights against evil and tirelessly protects good.
He is thought to be the main Archangel of the current era who is fighting for world peace.
I translated the Prayer to Archangel Michael from its original Hungarian version to English.
Prayer to Archangel Michael
Dear Archangel Michael,
Please protect me, my family, and my loved ones and ensure that only Beings of Pure Love and Light are around us.
I ask You to please cleanse my physical body and my energy system of unnecessary and negative energies.
Please cut all bonds and vows that no longer serve my development.
Please keep all negative thoughts away from me so that I can manifest and preserve my POWER in its purest form.
I will no longer waste energy on fear and anger.
I sip from the water of the SOURCE.
Please strengthen my aura with your healing Angelic Light.
Show me the way today with your wise and clear messages.
Dispel fear and bring peace to the Earth.
Fill my breath with blessing, my Soul with peace, and my Heart with love!
Please protect and guide every Soul on Earth.
Thank you and gratitude for this!
Blessing!
I have been going through a transformation recently. I was very sick for a few weeks. This experience has made me more grateful. More patient. More loving.
I could not smell or taste anything for two weeks. And the first time I finally smelled something; it was foul. And I was so grateful for that.
I felt I was finally ‘feeling’ the yin and yang. The balance of opposing forces.
Once I smelled something foul, I knew I would smell something nice eventually.
And I did.
Flowers.
I did cry.
Yin and Yang are not opposites but rather complementary forces that interact and transform into each other.
Expecting good experiences all the time and feeling always optimistic and happy may not be the goal to strive for. Finding a balance among the opposing forces may be more realistic and more harmonious.
While I am fully feeling the duality of opposites, my Spirit wants to strive for embracing the Source.
And in this Spirit, the next Circle will be about Saint Francis of Assisi. He is known for his ministry to the poor and the unpriviliged, and his care for nature and animals.
The Prayer of St. Francis emphasizes love, peace and service to others. The prayer is an inspiration for living a life of service and compassion.
Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
