Thank you to everyone who came to the meditation sessions in January! We had a lovely mix of people, and I feel so encouraged that more and more gentlemen decide to join the sessions too, bringing new perspectives, asking questions, contributing to the conversations and balancing the energies of all the wonderful ladies.
The weather is warming up and we have more and more sunshine! Yay! As the days get brighter, our spirits get brighter, and we feel more energized and ready to take on new challenges.
The group meditation sessions in February will be on the 3rd and 17th. Our new start time is 6:30 pm. Please let me know beforehand if you would like to attend the sessions.
